The Haiku Stairs, Island of Oahu, Hawaii. Also known as the Stairway to Heaven, the 3,922 stairs lead to the top of the 756 m (2,480 ft) height summit of Puʻukeahiakahoe. Originally built in 1940s to install the Naval radio antenna, today the stairs attract the adventurers.
The Haiku Stairs are closed for public to repair them. However, the visitors are too compelled to climb the track. Even a guard wouldn’t stop them, thus adding an extra thrill to the trip. A wonderful panorama opens from the top, however, the adventure itself is the most attractive.

Actually it is illegal to climb the stairs.

During a bright time of a day.
How to get there?
Drive to Haiku Village and find a place to park. From there you will have to walk to the entrance.
